PrivacyPolicy
This policy explains what personal data we process through AI.MAG Poland, why we process it, and what rights you have. Last updated: 28 August 2026
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Motion Graph Krystian Wydro, Polish Tax Identification Number (NIP): 113-242-09-17, correspondence address: ul. Jesiennych Liści 23/12, 03-289 Warsaw, Poland.

Data we process
When you join the waitlist, we process your email address and information about whether you have given or withdrawn consent to receive email communications.
The website and its service providers may also process technical data required to operate and protect the site, including your IP address, connection date and time, browser type, device, and requested resource. If the relevant analytics are enabled, MailerLite may also process information about message delivery, email opens, and link clicks.
Purposes and legal bases
- Waitlist and AI.MAG Poland updates — based on your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and, for commercial communications or direct marketing, Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
- Website operation, security, and diagnostics — based on the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- Establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims — where necessary, based on the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Providing data is voluntary
Providing your email address is voluntary, but it is required to join the waitlist and receive information about the launch of the Polish edition of AI.MAG.
Recipients of personal data
We may share data with service providers that support the website, only to the extent necessary:
- MailerLite Limited — form handling, subscriber list management, and email delivery. MailerLite processes subscriber data on behalf of the controller. See the MailerLite Privacy Policy.
- OVHcloud — website hosting and technical infrastructure. OVHcloud acts as a hosting provider and data processor under the terms of the selected service. See the OVHcloud data protection information.
- Google Fonts — delivery of the typefaces used by the website. When the font files are loaded, your browser connects to Google’s servers. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Data may also be disclosed to authorised public authorities or legal advisers where required by law or necessary to protect legal claims.
Transfers outside the EEA
MailerLite states that data relating to customers from the European Economic Area is stored in data centres within the European Union. Some providers or their subprocessors may nevertheless process data outside the EEA. In such cases, the safeguards required by the GDPR are used, including adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we retain data
Waitlist data is retained until you withdraw your consent, unsubscribe, or the purpose for which the list was created ends. After you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information necessary to document the withdrawal and ensure that no further messages are sent.
Technical data and server logs are retained for the period determined by the hosting configuration and security rules. Data required to defend legal claims may be retained until those claims become time-barred.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances of processing, you may have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- correct inaccurate data,
- request erasure of your data,
- restrict processing,
- receive or transfer your data,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, contact krystian@ottermind.pl. You can also unsubscribe from emails using the link included at the end of each message.
If you believe that your data is being processed in breach of the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Information about complaints is available on the UODO website.
Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
Cookies and external resources
The website may use technically necessary browser storage or cookies required by the embedded MailerLite form. We do not use our own advertising tools or advertising profiling on this website.
When you follow a link to LinkedIn, AI-MAG.DE, MailerLite, OVHcloud, Google, or UODO, you leave our website. Further processing is governed by the privacy policy of the selected service.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the website’s features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page together with its last-updated date.
